Dan worked in Information Technology for about 18 years during which he twice tried entrepreneurship. Like many he suffered from an acute case of business ignorance. He purchased several packages of Real Estate education that, due to the lack of well-rounded information, were hard to follow. Not being successful at Real Estate, he started an IT company. After running a mildly successful IT business in New Mexico, he moved to Utah to take care of his parents.
In Utah, while unsuccessfully attempting to repeat his IT success, he stumbled upon an online education company based in Centerville, UT, that had the missing parts he was looking for. After going through their Real Estate Investing classes, he tried his hand at it and succeeded. Because of having seen the good and the bad in RE education, he is now an Independent Contracted Marketer, Mentor, General Contractor and Real Estate Investor.
