at the Golf Course Clubhouse

9:00 AM Olympic Pre-Race Meeting

9:30 AM Olympic Swim Segment Begins

Packet pickup:

The packet pickup will take place at the Stansbury Park Golf Clubhouse on the morning of race day.

Standard USA Triathlon rules apply for packet pickup.  All athletes must have a photo ID presented at registration.  You will not be allowed to pick up your packet without a photo ID.  USA Triathlon members must present your current USAT membership card at the time of packet pickup.  Failure to bring your card will result in a single day $10 membership fee.  Anyone racing who is not a USAT member will be required to pay the $10 single day membership fee.  No exceptions.

In order to ensure compliance with USAT rules and regulations, you may not pick up a packet or timing chip for another person. 

Packets will include a swim cap, bike number, bib number, course maps, t-shirt and other products from the race sponsors.

Body Marking and Timing Chip Pickup:

Between 6:00am and 8:30am you will need to come to the Stansbury Park Golf Clubhouse to pick up packets and be issues your timing chip.  Body marking will also take place at the Clubhouse.  Athletes will then be able to set up their equipment at the transition area.

Directions to Stansbury Park Clubhouse:

From Salt Lake: Take Interstate 15 north to I-80.  Take I-80 West to the Stansbury Park exit / State Route 36.  Proceed 3.4 miles southwest until reaching Stansbury Parkway.  Make a right-hand turn onto Stansbury Parkway.  Take first left onto Countryclub Dr.  Take the next right onto Clubhouse Dr and follow around to the Stansbury Park Clubhouse.
